Can you tell I'm ready for spring!!!
I've been dying to use some of Heather Baileys fabric ( http://heatherbailey.typepad.com/ )so when I saw some in a quilt store in Maine...I had to buy!!! I would love to make up a babies quilt with a bunch of her stuff...such great colours...too bad we're done with the babies!! HA HA!!!

The "Ms. Hoity Toity" Bag
I have been wanting to make this shape purse for a bit...so I used up the rest of the black and white fabric I had...added a pink interior and...voila. I really like the size and the shape....and I think it turned out really cute! I myself needed a black and white purse....so I used it last night...we (several ladies from the area) went to see a play called Shirley Valentine and one of the ladies wanted me to make one just like it...since I was out of fabric....I just sold her this one (since it I truly had just finished sewing it up hours earlier). Now...I've got to make myself another one!!!
